Organization and Structure: 
The Faculty consists of 4 member departments (Army Ground Force Medical Staff, Air Force Medical Staff, Navy Medical Staff, and Community Medicine) and an Administrative Division, with a total of 20 staff members, including 18 instructors.

Functions and Responsibilities:
Functions:
Organize and carry out teaching and scientific research tasks in the fields of Army Medical Staff, Community Medicine, and related specialties; under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Academy’s Board of Directors, and the guidance of relevant authorities. Command and manage the staff in accordance with the regulations of the military and the Academy.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
a) Develop and approve curriculum and course content for the training programs within their expertise, subject to the approval of the Director of the University. Compile lectures, textbooks, and teaching materials within their scope of responsibility.
b) Coordinate with relevant authorities to develop training plans and implement assigned training plans.
c) Develop and implement a plan for teaching methods and faculty development within the department and disciplines. Strictly manage the team of officers, instructors, and staff, ensuring adherence to education and training regulations and guidelines.
d) Propose innovative methods for evaluating and organizing exams, credit assessments, and course completion under the responsibility of the department and disciplines. Participate in evaluating and classifying the quality of learners as stipulated.
e) Propose research directions and organize the implementation of scientific and technological activities.
f) Organize the assessment of the results of training plans, scientific research, and tasks assigned to instructors.
g) Efficiently manage and utilize the teaching facilities, equipment, and scientific research resources of the department and disciplines.
h) Perform other tasks related to teaching and scientific research as assigned (competitions, sports events, Olympic competitions, conferences, etc.).
i) Establish a strong and clean Party cell, create a comprehensive, exemplary unit, and be ready to accept and perform all assigned tasks effectively.
