Summary of new contributions of the thesis

– Research on the relationship between clinical characteristics and images of lesions on magnetic resonance imaging of patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Survey the risk factors of the disease according to gender and the number of necrotic femoral heads in the study subjects.

– The study evaluated the results of medical treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head using intra-articular injection of autologous platelet-rich plasma. These results show that autologous platelet-rich plasma has the effect of reducing pain, improving patient’s mobility and ability to walk, and limiting progression on magnetic resonance imaging for small, unresolved femoral head lesions. with subchondral fractures and in the early stages of the disease.
