In 2018: The training conference took place on May 26, 2018 in Sam Son City, Thanh Hoa, with the theme “Developing competency-based training outcomes for military general practitioners; Reviewing training under the credit-based system.”

In 2019: The training conference took place from May 24th to 26th, 2019 in Sam Son City, Thanh Hoa, with the theme “Competency-based Training and Learning Outcomes: From Curriculum to Teaching Methods and Assessment.”

In 2021: The training conference took place on September 24, 2021 at Đỗ Xuân Hợp Auditorium – Vietnam Military Medical University, with the theme “Competency-Based Training and Learning Outcomes: Present and Future Realities.”

In 2022: The training workshop took place on September 24, 2022 at Đỗ Xuân Hợp Auditorium – Vietnam Military Medical University, with the theme “Assessment and Evaluation Methods in Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME).”

In 2023: The training workshop was scheduled to be held on November 17, 2023 at Đỗ Xuân Hợp Auditorium – Vietnam Military Medical University, with the theme “Enhancing the Quality of Teaching Staff and Educational Management Officers.”

On October 4, 2022, the Party Committee of the University issued Regulation No. 495-QC/ĐU on the leadership of education and training. The regulation clearly outlines the responsibilities and powers of the University’s Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Party Secretary, the University’s Deputy Party Secretary, the Director of the University, members of the Executive Committee, Deputy Directors of the University, Party members of the University, and Party organizations directly under the University’s Party Committee. The regulation also specifies the leadership structure of the Party Committee, Executive Committee of the Party Committee, and various Party organizations within the University, as well as the reporting mechanisms for the leaders.
