At the conference, delegates presented valuable discussions that comprehensively addressed the practical, objective, and dialectical need to implement the motto “The quality of the school’s training is the unit’s combat readiness” in training and education. The consensus was that, since 2021, the University has effectively and comprehensively implemented the contents of the plan to put this motto into practice. The quality of the University’s training of personnel in recent years has been well-regarded by the units utilizing the University’s human resources, meeting the output standards as regulated, and fulfilling the requirements and tasks of units as well as the work of caring for the health of soldiers and the public.

In addition, the reports provided objective and practical analyses of the advantages, challenges, and results achieved in implementing the motto. The conference also agreed on a number of measures and solutions to continue effectively implementing the motto in the future. These include promoting innovation, perfecting the content and programs of education, and implementing comprehensive measures to improve the quality of teaching and learning at the University; building and developing a sufficient and high-quality faculty to meet the needs of students and the professional requirements of various disciplines; establishing processes and tools to evaluate the quality of different testing and assessment methods; and enhancing scientific research activities linked to education, particularly in postgraduate training. A thorough application of active learning methods, with a student-centered approach, is essential. There should also be strong innovations in testing, assessment, and evaluation methods to ensure they align with the content, training programs, and learning outcomes of each course module.
