During the working program in Dien Bien, on the afternoon of April 19, the Vietnam Military Medical University delegation led by Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Nam, Deputy Political Commissar of the Academy, came to offer incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Martyrs’ Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province.
In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Nam and the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express deep gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh and commemorate the General. Vo Nguyen Giap and his soldiers, youth volunteers, frontline civilians… heroically fought and sacrificed their lives on the battlefield of Dien Bien Phu.
