On the morning of March 23rd, the youth of VMMU collaborated with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hoa Son commune (Luong Son, Hoa Binh) to organize a “Green March” program.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 / March 26, 2024) and to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory of Dien Bien Phu (May 7, 1954 / May 7, 2024).

Speaking at the program, Colonel Doan Van Mau, Deputy Head of the Political Department of VMMU, summarized the development process and achievements of VMMU. Particularly, on March 8, 2024, VMMU held a ceremony to receive the Third-class Fatherland Protection Medal and commemorate the 75th anniversary of VMMU’s Traditional Day.

Beyond the material significance, the gifts and projects represent the heartfelt sentiments of VMMU youth towards the local government, the people of Hoa Son commune, and the families benefiting from social policies. Colonel Doan Van Mau hopes that through this activity, the bond between VMMU youth and the local government and people of Hoa Son commune will be strengthened, contributing to the development of a prosperous and beautiful homeland.
