On the morning of April 17th, the Vietnam Military Medical University conducted a final comprehensive tactical exercise for the 52nd class of military medical cadets.

The exercise, themed “Medical Company’s transition to combat readiness; marching, camping, and combat preparation; and practice of treating wounded and sick soldiers in the infantry regiment defending Hoa Son area,” unfolded in three phases: the first phase involved the medical company transitioning to higher states of combat readiness (from routine to high and from high to full readiness); the second phase included marching and combat camping; and the third phase focused on combat preparation and practical medical training for treating casualties within the infantry regiment defending the Hoa Son area.

The final exercise is a crucial and mandatory component for cadets to apply the knowledge gained during their course to practical combat scenarios.

Recently, in preparation for the exercise, the 52nd class of military medical cadets, along with various agencies and units of the University, have thoroughly internalized directives and training plans. They have intensified efforts in promoting and education for staff, cadets, and soldiers participating in the exercise to ensure they fully understand the objectives, requirements, content, and tasks of the drill. This preparation aims to ensure the exercise is conducted successfully and safely.
