On November 12, in Hanoi, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam Military Medical University (VMMU) held a conference to disseminate and implement directives and instructions on Party congresses at all levels within the Party Committee of VMMU, towards the 12th Military Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nghiem Duc Thuan, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of VMMU chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates were disseminated and disseminated the basic contents of Directive No. 2960-CT/QUTW dated July 18, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission; Directive No. 1033-CT/DU dated August 1, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of VMMU on party congresses at all levels in the Party Committee of the Academy, towards the 12th Army Party Congress, the 14th National Party Congress and the Election Regulations in the Party; Guidance on the implementation of the Directive of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of VMMU on party congresses at all levels in the Party Committee of VMMU.

Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nghiem Duc Thuan, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of VMMU spoke at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nghiem Duc Thuan emphasized that the Party Congresses at all levels in the Party Committee of VMMU are a broad political activity, affirming the political mettle and maturity of our Army in 80 years of building, fighting and growing under the leadership of the Party and more than 75 years of VMMU’s tradition, demonstrating the determination to build the Academy according to the model of a research-oriented, intelligent, modern, high-quality university, becoming a center for training, medical examination, treatment and scientific research on par with the national and regional levels.

The results of the Party Congresses at all levels of the Party Committee of VMMU are an important premise, contributing to the success of the 23rd Congress of the Party Committee of VMMU, towards the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army, the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Party Secretary and Political Commissar of VMMU requested that, after the conference, the subordinate Party Committees continue to organize well the study, dissemination and implementation of the leadership and direction documents of the congress to ensure strictness and effectiveness; strictly implement the directives, regulations and instructions of the superiors, concretize them in accordance with the characteristics and practices of the Party Committee, agency and unit.
