Vietnam Military Medical University (VMMU) held a conference to hand over the Deputy Director’s responsibilities and tasks on the afternoon of March 29 in Hanoi. Lieutenant General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Kien, Director of VMMU chaired the meeting.

Attending the conference were Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nghiem Duc Thuan, Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar, comrades in the Party Committee, Board of Directors and delegates from the leaders of agencies and units of VMMU.

At the conference, Major General Tran Minh Phong, Deputy Director of VMMU handed over responsibilities and tasks to Colonel Pham Duc Tiep.

Accordingly, Colonel Pham Duc Tiep, Deputy Director of VMMU received the duties from Major General Tran Minh Phong, which includes consolidating Military disciplines, land management and logistics-technical assurance, inspection and judicial work.

The Board of Directors of VMMU gave flowers to congratulate Major General Tran Minh Phong for successfully completing the tasks assigned by the Communist Party and the government.

The Board of Directors of VMMU presented flowers to congratulate Colonel Pham Duc Tiep on his new position as the Deputy Director of VMMU.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Kien congratulated Major General Tran Minh Phong for successfully completing the tasks assigned by the Communist Party and the government, directly contributing to building an exemplary, typical university. He hopes that Major General Tran Minh Phong will continue to promote the qualities of Uncle Ho’s soldiers and the tradition of VMMU which has been recognized as the Hero of the People’s Armed Forces 3 times. Moreover, it is expected that Major General Tran Minh Phong will become a shining example for employees, students, soldiers of VMMU and future generation to follow.

The Director of VMMU also congratulated Colonel Pham Duc Tiep for achieving success in his work and being trusted by the Central Military Standing Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Defense. Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Kien wishes Colonel Pham Duc Tiep to inherit and promote the traditions of building the golden pages of traditional history of VMMU over the past 75 years to successfully complete assigned responsibilities.

Speaking at the handover conference, Colonel Pham Duc promise to cooperate with the Party Committee and Board of Directors of VMMU to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, and firmly grasping the viewpoints, lines, undertakings and policies of the Communist Party and VMMU.
